Description

3.5 Tonne van driver required to make multidrop deliveries average of 15 to 18 drops per day working out of Smethwick area. Drops will be local throughout west midlands areas on a multidrop basis and some collections on the afternoon some can have really close postcodes so a couple of drops can be close to each other in some instances. Start time is 0600am and finish by around 3.30 to 4.00pm Monday to Friday and average hours are around 45 hrs per week approx. You must ensure all loads are secure and in set order arrangement and  you will also need to unload manually at the customers so can be a little physical on some occasions. You must hold a valid B licence and have no more than 6 points on licence to apply for insurance cover and the position is very long term ongoing regular 5 days a week. Immediate Start subject to induction and you must be able to fill out the columns on the delivery notes with the correct product code delivered and quantities signed for.  Pay rate is £10.50 hr PAYE and any previous multi drop experience is a distinct advantage and a good knowledge of the general west midlands is key in order to ensure deliveries are completed and routes are set in a preferred order and will be regular routes most days once you get to know the rounds. Description

Class 1 HGV C+E Night Drivers required to work out of Leicester area and start times range between 22:00pm through to 02:00am working on Friday Saturday Sunday Part Time 3 nights a week. Any double decker trailer experience is a distinct advantage but not essential. You must hold a valid HGV C+E for 12 months and have no more than 6 points on licence to apply for insurance cover. You will be required to make trunk deliveries on a semi distance basis mostly box trailers but some curtains at times and you must be flexible as you may have to do a second run when returning back to base as this work offers an average shift of 11 hrs but can be more and you need to be flexible on the weekend shifts which can be quite long on occasions of 12 to 13 hrs. This position requires no handball but if you do have any familiar operation with the amazon app then this is an advantage but not essential as the role provides a range of work and not just amazon. This position is ongoing 3 nights a week and you must hold a valid CPC Card and Digital Tacho card to apply and also a small induction is required at first and then shifts are regular every week after that.

3.5 Tonne Flat Bed Pick up van driver required to make multidrop deliveries average of 10 to 20 drops per day working out of West Bromwich area. Majority of the drops will be local throughout west midlands areas however sometimes you will be required to go to on long distance routes based on orders and will have less drops and this will be both down south London area and up north past Manchester Leeds. Start times vary from around 6am to 7am each day and finish by around 4 to 4.30 pm Monday to Friday and average hours are around 44 to 46 hrs per week approx. You must be able to strap down all loads securely using straps provided and this is a must due to the goods you are carrying as loads must be secure. You will also need to be flexible to unload the vehicle as and when you get to destinations some loads can be forklifted off but you will be required to to unload manually as well. You must hold a valid B licence and have no more than 3 points on licence to apply or 6 points as an absolute maximum for insurance cover. This work is a trial and ongoing work 5 days a week but can become permanent position for the right candidate after 3 months trial as a permanent position is available. Start date is 14th March 22 and will be subject to a small induction and the candidate will need to demonstrate on induction that they can strap down the loads securely before going onto the road. Description

Class 2 HGV C Driver for multidrop work required to work out of Wednesbury area working earlies 0400am until Finish. You must hold a valid HGV C for 12 months and have no more than 6 points on licence to apply for insurance cover. You will be making regular drops to pubs and schools and average deliveries are 10 to 15 and will be on box and tail lift and deliveries will be on both a local and semi distance basis. You must also be prepared to assist at  deliveries in unloading and on odd occasion you may be on night out if you get a long run most shifts are average 10 hrs. This work is long term ongoing driving a respectable fleet of vehicles and you must hold a valid digital tacho card and a valid CPC card to apply. This role can be fast paced and also fairly demanding with the element of physical work so please bear this in mind and also sometimes can get later finishes on some days if loads are delayed.
