Meet the Directors of Breeze Recruitment

Martin Hodgkisson

Martin teamed up with Debbie after serving a number of very successful high street recruitment agencies. With over 17 years experience, including 10 in management, and the accolade of setting up successful agencies for others, by 2004 it was time to “do it for myself”.

Martin manages the logistics and industry division, providing staff to many of the Midlands largest and most recognised companies. Martin’s no nonsense, get the job done, approach, is welcomed by many logistics managers throughout the West Midlands.

Debbie Rowley

Debbie moved into recruitment in the mid 1990’s leaving behind a successful career in business finance and administration.

After 10 successful years in recruitment Debbie felt it was time to put her skills to the test and launch her own recruitment consultancy, teaming up with Martin Hodgkisson to launch Breeze Recruitment Ltd in 2004.

Debbie is head of the extremely busy driving department, payroll and finance, and whilst her day is always ‘hectic’ she still finds time to assist others and offer a friendly face to staff and customers.
